All prints are produced to order using trusted print partners. Production and shipping times may vary slightly depending on destination.

 


Processing & Production Time

 

All prints are made to order.

  • Production time: typically 2–6 business days before dispatch

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays)

Once production is complete, your order will be shipped.

Tracking Information

All orders are shipped with full tracking.

Tracking details will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.

 


Customs & Import Fees

For international orders, customs duties or import taxes may apply.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

 


Delays or Lost Orders

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe after the estimated delivery window, please contact us via the contact form on our website and we will assist.

Orders are considered lost if confirmed as such by the carrier or if they fail to arrive after a reasonable investigation period.

 


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact hello@verdantcoprints.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item, packaging and shipping label

Damaged items will be replaced free of charge or refunded where appropriate.
